No Refund Policy for Digital Content
All purchases made for our digital spiritual videos are final and non-refundable.
Once a video or spiritual session has been purchased and access is granted, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under any circumstances, as the content is deemed delivered and consumed digitally.
This includes:
- On-demand spiritual talks or discourses
- Live-streamed sessions (after access has been granted)
- Bundled spiritual programs or video series
We encourage users to review the content description and pricing details carefully before making any purchase.
Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider issuing a full or partial refund only under the following rare conditions:
- Accidental duplicate payment (charged twice for the same content)
- Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content and are not resolved within 3 business days
- Unintentional purchase by minor users or unauthorized use of your payment method (subject to verification)
In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with valid proof (like screenshots, payment receipt, error messages, etc.). After reviewing your request, our team will respond within 5 working days.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Since our spiritual video products are delivered instantly after successful payment, cancellation is not possible once the payment is completed.
For live or timed events, cancellation may be allowed if you inform us at least 24 hours before the session begins. In such cases, we may provide:
